Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SaaS Starter platform operated by Softyal, based in Poland.

1. Service Description

SaaS Starter provides access to subscription-based software services. Features and access levels depend on the selected subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• We do not store payment card details.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for unlawful activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softyal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.

8. Service Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
