Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) describes the roles and responsibilities related to the processing of personal data in connection with the SaaS Starter service.

Softyal acts as a data controller for user account data. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment processing.

Stripe's Data Processing Agreement is available directly in the Stripe Dashboard and applies to all payment-related processing.
