The data controller is Softyal, Poland.

• Company name
• Account credentials
• Subscription and billing status

3. Legal Basis

Personal data is processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations).

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as an independent data controller. We do not store payment card data.

Personal data is retained for the duration of the account and as required by law.
